I got a new client site and now more then 2 months that I trying to make link exchange but my site still no PR on it yet.

I'm also trying to figure out why you have a question mark in the url of your link pages?

http://www.koyao-property.com/resources_detail.php?id=3 (most of these links are from the USA which should be on the above page)

Does anyone think that these links pages will ever get pr?

It appears this site is running off of a crm program like joomla or mambo. These programs create dynamic links because they are developed for sites containing tons of everchanging content and feeds.

Anywho,,, google does index dynamic urls from php and treats them like a static page as long as the url does not change. If you get links to the page then you will get pr, like any other page. Fyi, most crm's offer an extension or compnent that will creat SEO friendly urls out of your dynamic url.. it is all done through the htaccess file.

Here is an example of a site i built using the above mentioned software. It is an open house site where the realtors for the company i am the it directror for can submit open houses. We have not done any marketing because the owners dont want to spend the money. So... it's bassically an awsome tool that will never be seen by the publi...lol
