Ed Kirkland v3
We are doing a new frame for Ed, wanted to get your feedback. Only the index page is done so far and still tweaking so dont try to click around yet
 but we have done tons of work getting Ed rankings and we figure it's time we give him a makeover to increase leads and presentation so what say you realtors! Old site http://www.edkirkland.com New site http://www.real-estate-optimization.com/ed/ we on the right track?

New version impress me more. It looks more organized. I like your work.
PS: it doesn't validate as I discovered thourgh link to w3, but the site isn't done...

Yep, I like the new one as well - times 10! Flash is great, the page is better looking, the sides are "ok".... But over all, yes it does look more professional and professionally created as well.
========= FYI the phone numbers at the top in the header photo - one of them is missing a number "1"...
