homes.com websites are very nasty to look at, and not all that search engine friendly - you could get a point2 site with the same functionality for free.
In terms of marketing for the site, is there a breakdown of this, is there a guarantee? And what the heck does "they work with google and yahoo" mean - the only homes.com site I have seen rank (And this is very rare) is when the user has done all the SEO work themselves for many years and a great job in linking development and probably to much messing around with their site. But hey, maybe they have new products and services - ask them for some example sites, and the "details" of their marketing services and what results you can expect and post em here, we are happy to critique
