I have a client asking me to do the following for her home search. It is not possible with Wolf Net.
She would like me to place all of the listings she is interested in on a private client web page. I have been sending her listing through my MLS which used MLXCHANGE professional. My MLS system does allow me to place the listings on a private client page, but it will only give basic details of the home without a description and there is no way for my client to add or remove listings. I have to do that myself after they call me. There is also no way for my client to make comments on the private web page about each individual listing or ask specific questions about that listing unless she calls me directly.

I do like the fact that my MLS system integrates seamlessly with the private client web pages which makes it easy to use my standard MLS search and associated properties to a client with a few clicks.

Is there any solution out there that will allow me to seamlessly integrate my MLS search and do what my client wants?

Yes there is - First you would need a raw datafeed from the GLVAR - once you have that, you create a custom IDX solution (About $2000 in programming) - then you code the custom interactive funtionality into the system.

Are you already working with GLVAR on data feeds? If so, then 90% of the battle is won, and I will talk to David Abrahams about having REW put this together for him.

Yes we have coded the GLVAR several times - David will have to go talk to Cherina Griggs at the GLVAR and request his datafeed - once he has his user and pass, you just forward that unique login to our team and we will set up the IDX for him
