Hi All,

My name is Eric Lamb and www.homesweb.com is the first Real Estate website I have created. I am a professional web developer working for a Real Estate agent in Los Angeles to create a Real Estate Portal.

We've been working for a couple months on restructuring www.homesweb.com, adding new features and such, and I am eager to hear some feedback from other Real Estate Pros (we're a little too close to the project to be objective anymore).

Please note: There have been some consessions along the lines of validation and browser support. I know that the site doesn't validate, as does the client. I tried many, many, times to convince the client to allow time for validation modifications. All to no avail. Please don't beat me up for it.
