Has anyone heard of Realty Services? They're apparently a division of Regions Bank, so they're located in the Southeast/Midwest/Texas.
They're starting a BPO division and I've had some contact with them. They appear to be ok. Just curious if any of you have heard of them or have been contacted by them? They're paying $50 per BPO.

It's my understanding from talking to them, that their website is www. regionsappraisals .com but it's not been fully equipped to handle the BPO option just yet. They said they're trying to align with a few realtors in various areas. I believe they said they were expecting to open up the network and BPO site in January or February and everything would be online at that time. I can give you the number of the person I spoke with.........800-530-7999. The guy's name is Tom.

Just an update on this deal. I talked to their rep on Friday and he mentioned that they would be handling BPO work for a major national lender, not just the Regions Bank group. He also said it would be a few months before everything is in place and the network up and running.
They're paying $55 per drive-by BPO.

Does anyone have new information on this company. Are they up and running? Are they paying their agents in a timly manner?
