Hey Logan,
I am just coding the metrolist IDX right now (Your IDX I believe) - We are an approved vendor for metrolist now and can code whatever you like. In terms of a quote, I will need to know exactly what you want in your IDX

Here are some things that are standard
search page (By price, mls, area, bedrooms etc)
Listings page (Thumbs of properties, with a few details and a click for more)
Details page (Multiple photos, lots more details etc)
Enquire on listings form
Save Searches
Save Favorites
Email notification of new listings
Ties directly into a lead management system in your backend.
Typically Custom IDX (Basic) which is referenced above is between $1500-$2500 USD including custom skinning of IDX to perfectly match your site as well as SEO friendly mod_rewrites etc

The monthly fee (Hosting + Metrolist fees) will be around 30-50 USD depending on the amount of users and how much data the metrolist contains. Incidentally, the metrolist fee is a fee Metrolist charges us per agent (I think its $10 per month) to be a vendor of their MLS

Oh yeah, additional functionality is just billed out hourly, such as custom Google mapping, etc - As long as it is in the terms of service (We don't break any metrolist rules) we can custom code any functionality you want
