Umm I'd have to agree with resale on this one, you are obviously not paying attention to where you are. This is not a community of uninformed realtors, it is a community of webmasters, some of which happen to also be realtors. There isnt a person here who doesn't know the basics I dont think, and your self promotion contributes absolutely nothing to the quality of this forum.

Either pay attention to where you are posting and if its relevant. Or dont post
