What is everyones views of creating your own Google search engine ?

Do you think that it could be a good tool for Real Estate sites ? I would like to get views of the pros and cons of this from you guys ?

Interesting. I have a few ideas on this, but will have to wait for when I have more time. You can narrow the sites you allow the search to take place on; so you could include sites that give your clients content they could use (like your favorite mortgage broker, Freddie, consumer groups and other REW clients websites).

Would take time, don't have right now. Thanks for the heads up.
