As the latest Las Vegas real estate firm on the block we would like to invite our friends at the real estate webmasters forum to critique our new web site for Cuckoo's Nest Realty. We know that the SEOs and agents that frequent this site are among the best in the business and will truly be able to appreciate what we have already done. I'm sure you will also be able to give us some good pointers on how to rank highly in the search engines for our keywords, as we have not yet been able to achieve high rankings by bullying and browbeating our competitors and writing lies about them in this and other forums. In order to facilitate your critique of this web site (http://www.c21usa.com) we would like to give you some basic background on the company and its goals.
While most real estate firms cater to standardized niches like first time home buyers or golf course properties, "Mac" McMurphy has a dream - to open a firm dedicated to a previously untapped real estate market, the dangerously mentally deranged and criminally insane. "Mac" and Friends of Cuckoo's Nest Realty will be specializing in properties for psychopaths or "psychopads." In order to facilitate sales we have hired world famous psychopath Jimmy Wayne Buckmeister as lead agent for the sales force, Team Lobotomy. Mac's philosophy is that to efficiently serve this segment of the population all team members have to be more insane than their clientele, so he was able to lure Jimmy Wayne out of semi-retirement in rural Atlanta and talked him into moving back to Las Vegas to act as team leader and sales enforcer. We are very fortunate to have Jimmy Wayne join our company and we are excited about the next few months as we get underway. He brings to the team an incredible zest for outrageous sociopathic behavior that endears him to his peers far and wide, and epitomizes the essence of the meaning of the word psychopath "a deeply flawed character with no use for morality." With that said please go to our web site at http://www.c21usa.com and let us know what we can do to improve. Thanks in advance for any advice you see fit to confer and please don't hesitate to let us know what you really think. mesaazagent@aol.com |

ummmmm not sure if that's appropriate, I realize that this person has offended you, but I think it best if you edit that, so that it doesnt have threats in it, or tell people to PM you for the poem as it doesnt belong in site reviews.
