Default Realtor with an R

I am not one myself, but I'm pretty sure that whenever you use this term, you have to say REALTORŪ (or REALTORSŪ). How do you get the Registered Trademark R symbol?

For a PC you can use Alt+0174. For a Mac you can use Alt+R. (Alt is tied to the Option Key.)

When you're writing it - even in your html code - if you hold down the alt key and type 0174 it should show up.

I could never remember the keystrokes so I found it somewhere on the web & copied & pasted it. Now I just go to my site & do the same whenever I need it.

Lots of people prefer to write "realtor", or compromise with "Realtor".
"REALTORŪ" just looks stupid. Especially in a heading - it looks like spam, in my opinion.
Why is this the one career in the universe that warrants a huge self-promotional capitalization campaign? Even the president's job isn't capitalized, unless it's used as a title, like "I took the matter before President Demetrios".
(Note: Some people like to capitalize president in all situations - but that reeks of the Divine Chain of Being - the president is usually just a very charismatic, intelligent, ambitious person - not something greater than every other human. No need to capitalize them, the way we do "England", "Magna Carta", and "God" (for some).)
