What is the best way to do the links with the new REW blogs?

Should we have links from our website in the Nav bar to the new blog and then in turn have links back to our website through normal article writing?

Or only have links from our new blog to our website to give more weight to one way links after the blog gains momentum from REW?

And then, some of us have blogs on our sites, so could we inadvertently create a link farm between the three?
