Well, for any of you that might remember me, I have finally put up the new website and am developing it rigorously. I have also added my new blog and have been making posts on a regular basis. After divulging in the blogosphere these past few weeks, I have received many responses from my comments on other blogs. Most of these authors I am speaking with post wonderful reading material and stay abreast the real estate industry more so than any local or national news publications. So why am I back again browsing through these threads? For one, many experts use this forum on a regular basis and I figured, why not try to start something beneficial for everybody who would want to participate?
Here’s my thoughts:
If we can get a group of say 5 to 8 people together with decent looking blogs and who regularly post, we can generate a pretty large impact from the start. Within a few months, I imagine that other blog viewers will be willing to participate (due to the group of authors we can create) and from here, we can all continue to check in on each other and look like established professional bloggers!!
I have set up instructions on becoming an author on my blog and tonight I am going to generate a post that will explain the content I am looking for and the partnerships I would like to create. This will be extremely beneficial and as I have just described, it will...well, success breeds success! I'm ready when you are!!!
