I also sent him a list of all the url's to include. I haven't heard back so I was wondering.

Yeah I suppose it would be possible to have that page editable in the CMS... It would require a bit of programming time - but certainly possible.

It would probably take less than an hour to complete something like this...

I do have another sitemap generator that will make a sitemap out of all your pages that are in the CMS automatically. - but it includes every page... and not your IDX pages. This may or may not help you.
