Default funny content mistakes, be careful how you put things

Ok was going through some REW client sites, as I often do, to see how they are doing with their SEO, content etc, and I came across

www.theorlandohome.com

There is a top 4 reasons for working with the bird team, does anyone else see #3 as being a good thing, or does that sound like a negetive as opposed to a benefit?

If they are discount, they probably need to re-word that! Funny

Well, how do I put this - since the question was asked? Not a good idea to refer to oneself or team as a generic bird. A client once said to me, "I know you are giving the computer screen the bird right now talking to me." I wasn't, and he is a great client.

Perhaps eagles, chicken hawks and other various birds that are indigenous to the area might work. Or just stay away from bird references in general. Think I'll go look up Bird Real Estate Team for kw searches!

I was actually referring to the ambiguous nature of "We sell your home for less"

If I want to sell my home, I would want someone who could sell it for the most possible, wouldn't you?

Am I the only one that spun on the bird thing? If so, I need a vacation

It took a while to sink in but last night I finally understand what you are saying. I was only thinking about commission.

Looks like they updated it to read "Discounted Listing Fees"...
