Is this a Dynamic Link?
I ran across a links page that has this stem URL, http://www.mysite.com/directory_test...egory=YOURLINK
Is it a dynamic page and if so is it worth it especially to give a home page link? Thanks

Yes, that is a "Dynamic URL."
If you think the page will send an acceptable level of traffic then reciprocating links isn't a bad idea.

IMO, if you don't expect an acceptable level of traffic from that link then I would pass on the "Home Page" link.

For a HP link there needs to be targeted traffic IMO. There are very few link swaps that are worth a HP link.
