I am looking for someone experienced in handling the financing of a church. Either another Realtor or Commercial finance broker. We have a church that is priced at $165,000 and is easily worth that. The sellers don't owe much and are willing to carry back maybe 25% of that. How hard is it to get the other 75% financed and what is the best method?

Send me an email to office@uscomfin.com and I will send you the worksheet and application checklist. The lender details are on the forms and they are the most prolific lender for churches and schools, personally I only do churches from $500,000 upwards. You can always say a prayer for me though as compensation.

I'm relatively new to the forum, but am part owner of a mortgage company in AZ. If you would like I can do some research for you to see who specializes in those types of loans. We only do residential loans in other states, but I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Actually, I went in real quick and did a search in a mortgage broker forum I belong to. I've never spoken to any of these people so I can't give a personal referal, but hopefully this helps.
