The Trailer Owners of Briny Breezes, Florida
People who own trailers purchased for less than $250,000 a few years ago in the coastal town of Briny Breezes, Fl. have an opportunity to sell out to a developer for at least a Million each.
Many have said that they won't sell. Are they nuts?  This is not a rhetorical question. A hurricane is sure to hit the area in the near future and I think its best to get while the gettin' is good. What do you think?

It looks like they sold out.
They made the right move...it's not everyday that beachfront trailers become million dollar investments!!

I read another article about this and I see why many don't want to sell.
These are retiree's and many are in their 70's and 80's. They don't need the money. They want to live out the rest of their days in their little piece of paradise. And it's been causing deep rifts in the community. Long time neighbors and friends are no longer talking to each other. Hardly worth a few mill when you don't have the time left to truly enjoy it.

I can understand the older residents who have a lot of money in the bank.
It's the 50 somethings in the story I was thinking of. Just seems like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
