Default Website leads

I'm a broker in Southern California and I am developing a site right now that will focus on generating leads in San Bernardino and Riverside County, which are inland counties from Orange County.

Sales prices are kind of high but there is a whole gamut ranging from crap shacks to mansions in these counties and I was wondering if anybody could advise me on what kind of leads ill be getting if i get in the top 5 for searches that are searched 350+ times a day?

You think a goal of 3-5 buyer transactions per month is realistic or am I dreaming? I guess it seems too good to be true that you can get that much business online only. What can someone who's had experience tell me?

Thanks.

Tim, Obviously no one can give you an exact number.. lol.. and you know it will be different every month - like summer markets verses winter markets... but realistically, you could look at how many hits your key words get compared to keywords of other cities... that will give you an idea about how many people search for your info/services.... For instance, San Diego has on average 650 people a day type in "San Diego Real Estate" compared to say 58.0 /day for "Nanaimo real estate" on just one medium sized search engine....
That will just give you a small example of what you may expect for exposure... for actual sales, that's up to you and your marketing/people/ real estate skills!
Take a look at your KW's here:

http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion

san bernardino county real estate 73.1 /day - Overture's numbers
san bernardino real estate 10.0 /day - Wordtracker's Numbers

- Just do it, get your site up there, and then let us know your results!!
