I'm not finding a link to my site at buyandselldallas.com on REW anymore. I have link to REW on over 100 pages on my site from our original link exchange over 6 months ago.

Only 2 websites I'm finding on your Dallas Real Estate Directory are Nuhomesource and viprealty?

Hmmmm I just checked the Dallas section, and you are correct your link is not there, is it possible that you submitted to a different city? If it was supposed to be in Dallas, please post your title description and URL and I will personally put it back up for you

thanks for quick response, should be posted in Dallas. I originally exchanged links back in June-July of 06. I have learned much at REW since I joined and cannot tell you how much I appreciate the invaluable information I've gained. I would have already taken advantage of your web design services, but have been on tight budget since I transfered brokers last June, infact had to almost give up many times and still in the hole. I've had to do web design, seo, and link exchange myself while trying to sell real estate at the same time. I love the design, organization, and content of all REW websites I've seen. As soon as I am able to afford some assistance, REW will be the first I contact. In the meantime, I'll keep referring agents your way. I'm almost afraid to abandon my work with all the hours and frustration that has been put into design, but know it needs it. I'm hoping someone will eventually be able to take all my conent and pages and place into new php site. Or I might just leave buyandselldallas as is and use one of the other sites I've been working on dfwhighrise.com, dfwurbanrealty.com, searchdallasmls.com, dallasrealogy.com

btw, congrats on new addition to the family, I bet you have been busy lately!

ALSO don't forget REW Blogs, they are free and can really help you get some traffic to your site and show yourself as an authority. By taking advantage of the Authority of REW, you will find you can really rank for some decent terms much quicker than trying it starting from scratch. thank you! and I would love to have a REW blog and appeciate offer on monthly plan. As soon as I decide which direction I'm heading, I'll will definetely be in touch. What are your thoughts on strategy? Should I keep current web at buyandselldallas.com and work on new site for different domain such as dfwurbanrealty? I just hate to zero out all the work I put in and can't afford to lose current ranking on yahoo and google. Website is producing great leads, anywhere from 10-20/day but I am always reaching for more and want to be in #1 and #2 results or at least top ten on major keywords. I just got to position 7 and 10 on google for dallas townhomes and dallas condos, dallas real estate is #16, still need dallas lofts and dallas homes as well as several other major keywords that have high volume traffic.

Any advice on site would be appreciated. Thanks again for all your help and have a good evening!

Do not under any circumstances loose the domain, when you are ready to upgrade your website, you simply change the DNS and the old one overwrites the new one. No issues there you will not lose your rankings.

Why would you think you needed to start from scratch?

I would just forward the dfwurbanrealty.com to buyandselldallas.com. The later looks to be more SE friendly. I noticed that buyselldallas.com is just a parked page. You might check into buying it from its owner since you might loose some of your direct navigation traffic to it.

I was thinking of all my current rankings on search engines, I have close to 200 pages ranked on MSN, YAHOO, GOOGLE, with quite a few in #1,#2 position and about half in top 10. If I changed sites, would these disappear bec. of new pages and urls that are created? Not sure how transfering site over to new site works?
