I'm having an issue with Yahoo and thier policy of relivant content. I advertise for many realtors, including agents for Century 21, Prudential, Realty Exectives, etc. I have 100's of listing for the different companies. However, Google will not allow me to use those keyword due to "No significatant content". There are listing of the front page for the different company, plus listing that are only on-click off. None of the listings are sorted by listing company, instead they are group by price.
How can I either appeal the "No signification content" judgement or get around the policy.

Have you tried contacting them? I'm sure if you explain your reason why they will turn off the automated checkers or at least flag the current ones as OK.

Yahoo is very particular about title/description being relevant to the landing page. Give us an example of your ad and the landing page.

The landing page is www.houseviewonline.com. It is the home page of the site and shows the 10 most recent listings. Links on the page will take you directly to pages listing homes listed in specific price groups, properties of a specific type (Land, commercial, villas ...) and to agent information. About a quarter of the listings and agents are Century 21.
The ad may be were the fault lies. It does not specificly state Century 21. Instead it states that we work with all area realtors. Do you think it would work if I re-did the ad and included Century 21 in the ad?

I though at one time they had contact information to allow for disputing a reject, but I have not found it after the change over. Do you have contact info?

Google and most other SEs look at the center area of the page as your primary content. Top banners, and left and right columns, especially if they occur on all pages of the site, are generally navigation and/or "template" areas, and are discounted.
I would suggest these changes: 1) Put a list of the "contributing brokerages" on your landing page, in the center section text area. If possible, I would also develop a "single brokerage" listings page, and link to that from each brokerage name in the list of brokerages. This would allow consumers (and your subscribing brokerages) can easily see a page (or multiple pages) of listings specifically from that brokerage. 2) Put your 10 most recent listings on the landing page, in the center section instead of in the left column, and include the brokerage name in each listing. 3) Try to include at least one listing from each brokerage in your most recent 10. In other words, the most recent listings contributed by each subscribing brokerage. This will not only improve PPC landing page quality factors, but should be good advertising for your subscriber agents, since at least one of their brokerage's listings will generally always be on the landing/home page. Plus, they will see that you are providing a way for consumers to see all of their listings, without being co-mingled with listings from other brokerages.
