Default Top Real Estate Phrases?

Does anybody have a top 20 or 30 keyphrase list related to real estate? In other words, a list of phases like:

"homes for sale in <city> <state>"
"<city> <state> first time buyer"
"<city> <state> real estate market"

Not looking for the usual "<city> <state> real estate" type phrases, but the ones that would be considered 'long tail' keyword phrases (http://www.ksl-consulting.co.uk/long_tail_keywords.html).

Helpful, however, I am looking for phrases that I may not be aware of, or my hittails (www.hittail.com) isn't showing. Ideally, I am hoping somebody has a list they have put together.

I don't have an exact list by I might offer a suggestion that I have some success with and that is ("city" schools). I target those keywords and have been getting much more traffic as of late. I think it has a lot to do with the icy weather and some schools closing for a day here in Dallas.

The problem here is that for longtails, it is not constant from Market to market. I mean area real estate and area homes etc are easy to apply anywhere in the US and Canada for Real Estate Business - but in San Diego, there are a lot of searches for 'Downtown San Diego MLS Listings" - but I doubt "Downtown Kennewick MLS Listings" ever gets searched. Did you read my post on Blogalytics? http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...arey/246/show/ - the best place to find longtails for your market are in your own logs.

Yes, I am using Hittails, and finding phrases that have found me. I wrote about this in another thread whereby I am working with a client who found me by doing search for "columbia river <city> real estate" We came up number one for that. It's the phrases I do not have, that I want to create content for.

BTW, funny thing. I did a search for "downtown <city> real estate" and I came up number 1, my REW blog came up number 2, and this thread came up number 3! So it's safe to say we got that phrase covered.
