Nope, you actually have to put in your ID number, not your username, change that setting to your usernumber which for you Jim is 2342

When I hover over my name, alpharettaagent, nothing shows up. Am I looking in the wrong place.

Also, when I try to register for the new directory it says my name and info is already in use. Am I just tired and need to try in the morning?
