Every time I open up REW can I see 20-40 new posts/contribution, but the most posts comes
from the same "members" (5-6) who don’t know anything about SEO, sites building, Real estate,
agent, marketing, articles, etc. etc.
They are in and write 5-10 posts/day.
They SPAM this forum.

They are starting new threads for complaining, idiotic question’s, etc. etc.
And they don’t understanding the answer other members give them and asking again...

They are coming in at every thread with stupid commentary’s and contributions,
so the threads often jump the track.

Some of them have done 300 – 600 posts the last 4 months.

Stop SPAMMING Real Estate Webmasters.

Go in under Members list on the top and look over it couple of minutes and you can very easy find
who is in 5 – 10 posts a day, or just look through some threads and you find the SPAMMERS.

What exactly is wrong with those of us who enjoy chatting with other members of this forum about real estate and the internet on a real estate internet forum? I find that there is always something to learn from many members here.

Perhaps I am missing something. I operate my website to generate leads for my business. I consider the opinions of many people here to be very valuable and I have learned more than I could have imagined. Sometimes I can be of help and sometimes others help me. When I am on my computer, I generally keep a window open to the forum. If I see something of interest, I respond when I have time.

IMHO, I believe you are off base with your accusation. In fact, this whole thread would be more along the lines of spamming. Besides, there are moderators who handle these things. I am sure you could PM one of them about your concerns.

People who join this forum have the right to ask as many questions as they want. Just because they don't get what members are telling them(causing them to ask again) doesn't make them spammers. Some people take longer to get things than others.

No question is idiotic, and I'm sure you were at that stage at one point. People need to ask questions, no matter how idiotic you may feel they are, to get ahead and learn more. I do it all the time and I'm sure you do too.

As for other contributions such as opinions and comments, we are all entitled to them as long as we are playing nice. I agree with Ryan. You are off base with your accusations.

Although as a moderator I have to check out most posts to make sure they're not true spam, I'd read less of the posts if I wasn't moderating. If they don't sound interesting, I would just bypass them.

I also don't believe multiple questions or arguing a belief is the same as spam. These are conversations and hopefully teach someone the correct thing or at least make people think. SEO is always evolving and even the experts don't have all the answers because of constant changes.

If you see a poster that gets you upset, then just don't read anything they started or put them on your ignore list (I think we can do this). If their beliefs or seeming lack of knowledge make you think - "what is wrong with this person?!", take a deep breath and move on (or try to post your answer and then move on).
