Default Holy IFRAMES Batman

I've been climbing the rankings in MSN lately and just took a look at my site description. It's pulling text from my IFRAME alternate text into my site description! Further, when I view my SE View report in WebCEO, it uses my IFRAME alt text as content. This is huge - I use IFRAMES in a good deal of my pages for my IDX services - this is perhaps why I was having trouble getting indexed - I had the same dumb "Your browser doesn't support IFRAMES" text in all of my pages that use IFRAMES and it was so close to the top, the SEs were probably seeing this as big time duplicate content.

If you're using IFRAMES - make sure you pay close attention to your alt text and write up different blurbs for each page.
