I passed my broker exam but they dont really give you a guide as to which forms to use when etc
It would be nice if agents were taught how the business is run in these classes. Instead they waste time talking about laws that had been passed 60 years ago and want you to remember what law was passed in what year. Also the brokers test should be reserved for those with at least a few years of experience, how can you run an office if you don't know how to complete a transaction. If you want to know what forms you need contact your local board and take some training. Most boards have on going classes that will at least keep you legal. If you aren't opening your own office then talk to your broker and ask for their help, it's part of their job anyways.

The www.car.org website can be helpful as well...
Check out the legal section: It wouldn't hurt to browse through the winforms filebase either..... plus, sometimes there are extra forms in your local area that are used....
