Who was talking about that way back? Was that Rich or Openheimer? I forget. Does anyone want to revisit that idea? (ie: a submission page that would let a person set up recips with a bunch of us and then when they click submit it would shoot off emails to the various webmasters showing that the person requested recips) Seems like a great way to harness mutual referrals without automating the process. If noone remembers, I'll start digging through the forums again to recover the thread.
