Who and what qualifies your inquiries?

When an inquiry comes in from your website, signs, advertising, etc. who in your organization qualifies the inquiry and what standards do you qualify the inquiry against?

our office manager calls everyone with in 15 minutes and get a sheet fille dout on them, Then she get our loan officer to call them. That is if she can get a hol do them

This is a good topic, Im curious on this as well. I have one of my lenders follow up with all the B inquires and I directly follow up with all the A inquires. Im looking to expand my team and hire some hungry buyers agents to start calling all the inquires and following up.

This is on all inquiries... phone, website, etc.?

For example:
Phone: Hi, we drove by a home that had your sign in the yard. How much are you asking?
Advertisement: Hi, we saw an ad for a four bedroom home in the paper. Where is that located?
Internet: Can you send me more pictures of listing number 309876?

every thing, we get about 1500 calls a month. During the busy time. Last year i had agents on phone time but we lost alot of leads due to people not following up. So now no one get leads till they are approved.
