I am dealing with a commercial property. The listing agent is a Big Commercial Real Estate company. I am representing buyers. I have few questions before I go through with this. I have never sold a commercial property and I am very nervous. I have few question and would appreciate an answer.

1. What is the typical comission rate for these properties.
2. What is the typical Seller/Buyer commission split.
