I'm wanting to put together an email drip campaign to potential buyers who visit my site after they "register". Does anyone know of places that I can purchase some pre-written emails that I can modify? I'm not looking for the "home buying 101" type emails but rather some emails that appear to be personalized and not form letters that I can customize with some of my own verbiage.

I'm looking for the same thing. It would be nice if they were separated by Buyer, Seller, Relocating....ect. And if any one could recommend a good html e mail template design software to showcase that drip campaign that would be great. Thanks

I'm already using Aweber...I was looking for real estate related emails that I could use to load into my Aweber autoresponder.

I have found that having people on a more personalized drip email works best for me. I have a drip email that goes out every couple weeks that is extremely personalized and is only a couple sentences.
" Hi John Doe, Just wanted to touch base and see how your home search was coming along. Tell me a little bit more about what you’re looking for i.e. beds baths etc. and I will put together a personalized home search for you." I send out these short but sweet personalized emails every couple weeks and get a really good response. I was using the real estate related drip emails and it wasn’t producing anything...people were just emailing me back asking me to stop spamming them. I have a really good program that I purchased for about 80 bucks. It reads through your email and picks up what ever criteria you want it to and sticks it in your database automatically putting them into a campaign. For example when people register for my site it picks out there first name and email address and puts them in my follow up campaign emailing them a short personalized message at what ever dates I set it for. Really a nifty tool...pm me if you’re interested (cant have my competitors stealing my secrets )Last edited by ColoradoHomeHelper; 02-09-2007 at 09:54 PM. |

This is a great thread...anyone else have thoughts about effective email conversion tactics? I've been toying with a few different f/u emails over the last week and will start tracking results so I know what is/is not working. Anyone here been tracking ratios on email conversion?

This has not been an issue for me until yesterday so I guess I should have been more prepared...My plan has been to send a personal reply for the first email then set up groups in Outlook for drip - set a reminder in outlook that goes off every other monday at 9:00. Type one email and send it to the group. How low tech, huh. Definately need some ideas here too!!!
