I just compaired my daily spending limit with what I'm actually being charged per day. I'm averaging twice my daily limit in charges. Is anyone else see this???

Yeah.....did you upgrade? I've found the new system to have some bugs including billing. imo this system isn't all that user friendly yet.

No kidding! We got a refund check from Yahoo, and when I called them they couldn't tell me what it was for!

I found re-written ads, errors, missing ad groups... It looks like Panama switch wasn't as smooth as they claim. I have all the campaigns on hold until they sort their things out.

...and I only got a $25 coupon from them when I signed up, instead of the $50 they were promising in the promo email. Several calls later, it's still just $25 dollars in there. As soon as I use that money up, I'm gone. Yahoo ppc sucks.

Just received a reply from customer service. To thier credit, they responded quickly.

The first half of the email was instructions on how to turn off content matching. Not sure what this had to do with my over billing question, but the instructions were complete.

The last half stated they would review the account after each month and refund the overages. So I'm going to wait and see. If they issue a refund in a timely manner, I will not be to unhappy.

Look for an update the first week of March.

As I stated I would offer an update the first week of March.

Yahoo did give me a refund and in a timely manner. Not sure what they are doing, but in the end I did not end up paying more than my daily limit.

I'm not that familiar with Yahoo pay-per-click, but is the daily limit more of an average or a price set in stone? I know with adwords, if you have a monthly limit of $150 (5 dollars a day), you can spend 2 dollars one day and the next day spend 8 dollars. Just so it averages out

Yahoo is a little different than Google. It has a daily limit. They do state that they can go over by up to 10%. However, I was seeing daily total that were averaging between 150 to 400% over my daily limit and in one case exceeded my limit by over $100.

At the end of the 30 day perior they more than doubled the limit I set. However, they did refund the difference.
