Alright - I've been using this guy for directory submissions for a while, and he is extremely solid. He's offering article submission to 250 sites for $50. Here's the link. I'm going to definintely use him for article submissions, as well.

I'm going to go w/ option #1. I'm still waiting for him to answer a couple questions before I move forward with it.

So would I! Does he provide a distribution list? A sample? What kind of relevance do you think this would have to real estate?

He does provide a sample distribution list on the thread...I pm'd him asking for the whole list. I will pm you with it when I get it.

As far as relevance - it's definitely not going to be as good as getting posted somewhere authoritative, but that's more of an "ultimate goal." On the sample list he provided, the sites have "real estate" or "business" sections - the same way ezinearticles.com or goarticles.com have.
