Hi,
I am the Director of Career Development for Prudential Preferred Properties here in Chicago. I am constructing a Real Estate Career Blog slash website and would really like some input from agents like you. My goal here is to help agents that work and dont work for my company to be successful, share ideas, and find out more about our industry in Chicago. My thoughts are that, where many brokers and companies SHOULD be providing this information to their agents, they arent. So... I will do it and maybe, just maybe, this will differentiate myself and my company in the industry. i.e. creating a better place for agents to work. Our company already has the tools and training... but as many of you know, (and have been recruited in the past) it takes alot to make someone actually move companies.

I'm at the point where I don't want to share much anymore.

It's almost like saying "I have too much money, Let me tell you all of my secrets so that you can take some of mine" The only good thing is that most of them are too lazy to put forth the effort and follow our directions.

hmmm, help a company get more agents. Why would I do that? Guess I am missing something. You can try and sugarcoat it anyway you want but this is just a recruiting tool.
