If they had actually looked at my site they would know they are trying to pay about 1/2 the price of anything in my market. I get sob stories like this two or three times a month and they never end up buying anything.

My sales manager usually responds to people who expect us to lower our prices because they think we "could" with "Yeah and I want 4 beds, 4 baths on the water for 100k and I only want to pay you a 1% commission for your troubles" something to that effect. Tis kind of funny actually

PHP conference was a lot of fun, amazingly Aaron Ferg and I were back at our hotel in the evening by 11:30 PM as well, kind of unlike us, you know we like our crown
