I assume that everyone pretty much does PPC for their area if your an agent. If so what ad text have you found that works out better?

Bad assumption. If everyone who had a web site in my market also did PPC, I wouldn't be having as much success with PPC as I am. Plus, lots of folks on this forum have sites that place so well with organic results, they really don't need to do PPC.

That is a question that will probably not get too many specific answers. The ad texts, ad layouts and specific keywords that have been proven to work best are generally closely guarded, not to mention that they may vary greatly from one market to another, and that the answer is also tied to the keyword sets for the ad, as well as the landing page(s). Sharing all of those details on a public forum like this would just be helping your competition. You can see lots of ad text and formatting options if you simply do keyword searches in your market area. But those may or may not be producing cost effective results (user registrations). I am always happy to provide general advice on PPC topics for free, but not specifics like that.
