I am moving up ranking in Fort worth and dallas, and i trade links with alot of people. i also do every one way directory i can find, that is real estate related with our redirected domins. I also give agents with good sites a chance even though there site has time to no pr ranking.

Sorry about that, I was just thinking that your site is less than a year old and you seem to making great progress. You're already closing deals from the site and you're #12 for allinanchor for the text in your first sig link.

Good SEO these days is more akin to a marathon than a sprint IMO, and if you have that level of stress or desperation it may be better not to look.
