I have been in Real Estate for over 4 years and have been very successful using the web to attract clients. When I first started, I put a great deal of effort into finding the BEST website company for REALTORS. Here is what happened.

I initially chose Advanced Access and was satisfied with them for about 2 weeks, right up until I found Superlative. I thought Superlative was fantastic, especially with their MLS search in our market here. It was a step up from the basic IDX search and produced great results. I also have a 1&1 site, some custom sites and a website tonight site.

Things are changing for me and I would like to share them with you. I will be switching all of my sites over to a company that has a member base of over 100,000!!!! The sites are more customizable and easy to use than any of the above listed sites. They offer a free 15 page site to anyone I invite (By Invitation Only) that has very few limitations. A person can generate large quantities of leads with just their free site. I have chosen the Premium site myself because of the increased functionality, as I have a team and this package allows me to maintain a roster and free sites for the agents on my team (the roster is in process). My site can be viewed at www . eGilbertArizona . com. I do not have advanced skills, but was able to build this site myself with little effort (just to show how easy the site is to use.)

You are funny dude, replying to my first post here with an insult. Are you always so cordial to new members? I will forgive you though as the weather is probably just getting to you.

To clarify, there is a By Invitation Only term used by them, not me. I was invited through this method. And, I never stated that was the only way to join. I am just trying to share what I truly believe is a great tool for us real estate professionals.


I hope that Coastal (not to be confused with postal, I hope) is not a reflection of this community. I am sure he is not

You dont need to e-mail Valley Solutions Team if you want a free point 2 site
all you have to do is go here agent.point2 dot com/Agent/Website/Website.asp obviously replace the dot with a .

Point 2 sites do have some nice built in features for realtors but I find that the load times are slooowwww and they all look pretty damn similar. As with any website unique content can make or break your rankings.

I agree calling you a liar was not very friendly but when visiting other message boards I usually try to be a little less spammy on my very first post. If you had 50 posts here and then posted the same message no one would care a hill of beans but when you show up on your very first post and start a new topic promoting your site it sure looks like spam to me.

The Valley Solutions Team site is my superlative site, of which I have 6...

I have found the Point 2 sites much more usable and customizable.

Not quite sure what the analysis of the Valley Solutions Team site has to do with anything? All of my traffic to that site was pay-per-click. I never put the effort into natural placement, mostly because their framing makes it useless, to a point. I never did any search engine optimization on this site.

No blatant self promotion which is what you are doing. We all know about Point2Agent here as many of us have been there, done that. I still have a free P2A site myself because I love the listing slideshows.

We're well aware that people can be resellers of the P2A sites and earn residuals from those sales. This is a pretty advanced forum and what you're offering is nothing new to the knowledgeable members here. In fact, it's almost insulting. Shows you just jumped on this forum without doing your homework.

Do a search for Point2 on this forum and you'll see too many posts to read through. Do you know they have a problem with Yahoo and I don't know of one P2Agent site that has any position on that search engine? That happened right when I was considering upgrading my free site. Changed my mind!

I do like Point2 and the staff but we all know here that they have bloated code which makes the sites take long to load, the problem with Yahoo and many of us question the P2 NLS. Sorry!

Dave - I recognized the name "Valley Solutions Team" as soon as I saw it, and upon checking your site, confirmed you're the same agent a colleague of mine had an issue with several months ago. At that time one of your websites had blatantly scraped (copied) another agents website, and pasted the content directly onto your own site.

I can provide details if you don't recall who I'm referring to .....

Timlyman - you have 6 posts here, all are against or bashing Advanced Access - obviously you have not had a positive experience with them, but please do not clog up the forums bringing up old posts with negative posting. If you have a complaint, or story you would like to share, there are plenty of outlets (such as your personal blog) - but be careful of legalities, or liability.
