Please run a clean business and do not take advantage of people that are down and out. When you help someone it will really make you feel good. If you help someone and make money it will make you feel great. Keep your business above board and disclose everything and we will keep the govenment out of our business. If you do only want to make money please find a different niche in the real estate business and do not take advantage of homepwners that need help! Or find a different business I hear there is money to be made in gambeling.
