Just wanted to quickly see if anyone has, or is planning to, create a WAP site for mobile phones & PDAs? In the future, I figure more and more people will be using mobile devices to view the web so I was thinking of creating WAP versions. What do you guys think? Is this something that I should be pursuing or would it be a waste of time? Or would it be better to create a stripped down html version?

Doing a CSS template for handhelds is pretty easy... the open source template I am using has it built-in but I've never checked to see if it gets used...

benkjls,
There are a few WAP content management systems out there that you could use. Since WAP is fairly new the cost of these solutions if a little high. I will check my notes from the CTIA conference I attended in Vegas and let you know what the company names and the fees were. Ado
