Hi,

I am fairly new here but I am looking specifically for RSS feeds for income property listings ( units ).

besides Biggerpockets, is there anyone else that supplies this. i also prefer only CA income property listings on a RSS feed.

I am a member of the LA MLS ( Claw ) but they do have this feature or IDX which is something I do not want.

you'd think someone a company would've done that by now. I really expected loopnet to be the first. it surely doesn't hurt them.
They may get more subscribers by using that method.
