Hi to all,

Got a quick question. I'm in search of some good information on marketing, I think I've pretty much sapped up all the free stuff I can get my hands on. I'm looking for a book/audiotape/video that I can wrap my brain around and learn some more stuff.
I am not looking for a "magic bullet" book, what I really want is something that can outline me a game plan while giving me good tips on marketing ideas and principles for my new construction homes.
I'm a "systems" guy, so if I can get a clear system going or a model of some sort I think I can do well, something that breaks down the general stuff or even just daily tasks that I can do.

Is this why people didn't respond!! Lol! I thought I made it clear in my thread I am anything but trying to sell anything! I want something to buy! Some kind of great informative book, dvd, cd, etc that I can learn marketing from.

Tina doesn't read posts too well. She did not read that you are looking for something to "buy" so you can "sell" your new construction. Wish I could give you some ideas, hopefully what Kyle wrote can help you out.
