I would like to open up some discussion on how a new agent can get into the REO market and your opinions of the REO market..also please share any experiences with the REO companies you have had whether good or bad.

This may help newer agents or any seasoned agent that has not worked the REO market or may wish to. I would say try to build some relationships with local banks and reconveyance companies. When you say "get into the REO market" what exactly do you mean. Do you mean get in as an investor or a broker?
