Bought a old for sale by owner website that was not being used but ranked 4 on google and top 5 for msn and yahoo for my main KW.

Being hesitant to make any changes for fear of loosing my rank I hired REW to redo.

The site looks good. The rotating images under "featured listings" in the left-hand column seem to be displaying every other image. In between images is the missing graphic icon and the alt text "featured listings". I'm looking at it with Firefox 2.0.02.

As I continue looking it's not exactly every other image. Perhaps there are missing images in the db these are being pulled from?

Actually Ben, I am looking at it in firefox as well, and it appears like the details pages aren't loading properly. Lets get this fixed up for you ASAP (Won't be able to do it until monday)

The listings view is fine, it's just I get a 404 when I go to details.

PS - Just looked and Google has cached the new design and content, and the rankings for bellingham real estate are holding strong

Thanks ... what is causing the 404 when you view the listings details? Do I need to contact the office to have it fixed?

Hi Ben,

I'll get the rotating listings fixed up for you first thing Monday. I programmed the details pages custom to have no query string. There must be something missing from the .htaccess file.

If I didn't add a "featured" button on each listing in the backend - I will... but I suspect that I did. That way you can flag only the listings with images to be featured. Oh and I can't seem to find a link to this page http://www.rbosold.com/listings.php
Would that be the "fsbo listings" link?
