Hey ewokforhire,
Welcome to the forum
First thing I have to say is, it looks alot better than the first site I built You're off to a great start so keep at it. Just take your time and clean it up a little. The devil is in the details as they say. Make sure you line up the text input fields on the contact form and get that horizontal orange table in a fixed place throughout the site so it's not jumping up and down as you click through the site. Keep up the good work and keep coming back here. There's lots of good help here for free.

i was wondering on the pages that have houses i put a link to the contact page next to each house, so if there is 4 houses theres 4 links to the contact page. Would each of those links take PR away from my homepage or does the link only count once?

At first glance, it looks like the top left corner of the homepage could use something... Right now it seems wasted with nothing there.

The colors definitely jump out at you though! I like it.

The 1st link counts.
You have the right idea trying to make the site se friendly but if it were me, I would first concentrat on getting everything working and building content. We can help guide you as you go. In other words, build it for visitors first and se's 2nd. Just my humble opinion of course. Others may disagree

Ework,

Don't add content just for contents sake, but try to envision what your visitors would like to see, what information do they need? You will likely need to speak with your dad on that one as he will know the market and his client base.

As far as your SEO effort goes, the only thing I want you to worry about right now is making the <title> element in the header unique to the page, then just write the page for the visitor, not the search engine.

I often find that writing the title last helps, as I can write the pages copy, then I sit back and ask myself "ok what is this page about?" Then I take out the "the" "and" and any other superfluous words and come up with my title.

For instance you will be adding home listings for Kngman Arizona on this page http://www.kingman-arizona-real-esta...al-estate.html
so after you write it my title would likely be:
"Home listings Kingman Arizona"
Ya follow?

Also from a design standpoint colors are good except for the bottom left text in gray, it is very hard to make out, the "jeff specializes...." make it white or something so that it is legible.

Keep us posted my young friend
