First off, welcome to REW!

Second, I like the colours. I have always been a fan of Blue and Yellow. I think in order to make your site a little more attractive, find someone to do a flash slideshow header for you. I love em! I think they add so much to ones site.

The buttons on the site could be a bit smaller... When I have a non-maximized window open... the buttons take up most of the page.

Overall I like the basic design/layout. Everything is easy to find.

I like the colors, but on my notebook monitor, the blue text on the yellow background could be a bit darker ... perhaps the same blue as the heading below it.

Also, you might want to run your text past a proofreader. For example, in the first phrase, "more importantly in what its doesn't," should read, "more importantly in what they don't." Of course, this ends your opening sentence with a negative tone ... which some say should not be done.

Below the "Send" button on the Free Services page you have an ellipsis instead of a question mark.

I'm looking at the tables where you display information about homes for sale. You have an extra border around the descriptive text in the middle cell of each row. I think I'd remove it.

It's a clean site and is attractive so that I want to stick around. The golf carts are good eye-candy, too. Good work!

What's the deal with the golf carts parked outside? How do I get one

I agree on making the left navigation buttons a little smaller, as well, having a light blue background and white text is hard to read for some people (including me).

Looking at your description meta-tag, I would place the word Florida in there somewhere.

Additionally, I would edit your CSS file to change the main body font from times new roman to something else, I personally am not a fan of times new roman - that's just me though.

Thanks for everyone's comments so far, I want to make this site the best I can. and FYI the "golf carts" are electric street legal cars that we use to take people around the island when looking at property. And it doesn't hurt that it has our advertising all over them

I plan on making some of your changes this weekend, thanks for your input and keep em coming.
