So we've (my boss and I) have been working on this site for a bit. Granted our MLS isn't set up yet (the broker that has the membership is hassling us.. almost have it though) and we are using Top Producer, don't look too bad on it
![]() www.ethreerealty.com I'd love to hear opinions, since so far the only people I've heard about it from are somehow affialiated with us. Be cruel, show no mercy. Just make sure to get me cookies to get me to stop crying afterwards! *Edit* I'm working on some flash virtual tours. When I finish them and make them live on the site, I'll post here.

I like it. Looks clean & professional, easy to navigate. I guess my only negative thought (& it's not a big one) is that the header is kind of big, although you can still see the content underneath before scrolling.
I guess what I'm trying to say is it's big for a photo header vs. a slideshow that changes or even a random header. IOW, when I click to a new page I have to see those same photos and start scrolling down again to get to the content. But as you can see, I'm a fan of slideshow and/or random type headers so you're not viewing the same thing over & over on every page. It's not a necessity for a site & some don't like them, but in that case I prefer a smaller header display.

Your title tags can use some work. Would have like to see text based navigation. Content is page formatted. I know TP offers a blog tool, that would help you work the "long tail." Also provided your prospects to engage in your site rather then read content. Tool much of your local content is provided by moving.com. Would have liked to see a local perspective rather then data. This would have also greatly helped in SEO. Clicking from http://www.ethreerealty.com/compare-cities.asp to any one of your primary pages gave this error msg "An error occurred on the TWS server when processing the URL. Please contact the Tech Support Department for help." |

My boss actually did all the TP work, I came aboard recently, and started to edit the work. Creating from scratch is so much easier
![]() I'll definately check the title tags. We were going to start a word press blog, but TP does in fact offer them. I just hate how TP doesn't let me modify anything (like uploading the javascript file needed in order to display flash in IE correctly due to the new update). And that error message happens when they are updating something. They being Top Producer. I get it often. I keep wanting to switch, but when in corporate, Boss knows best. Up until the site launched, we have been working from referrals. The site was created to draw in new people. We are currently trying to decide what markets to pursue online. Thanks everyone so far!
