I want to do some "spring cleaning" on my site over the next month or so and would love some feedback on my current site to help with changes. Goals are simple -- I want to create more stickiness...right now I'm averagin 120-180 visitors daily. 20+ IDX registrations a day and about 4 call-ins a week. Ideas that lead to increased "stickiness", increased "lead generation" (contact forms, IDX registrations, calls to action, etc.) and increased aesthetic would be helpful.
Thanks in advance for you time and consideration. Click here for my site: http://www.realsourcebrokers.com

Well, I can usually look at a site and spot quite a few things wrong with it even before glancing at the source code...but I have to say, you're site looks quite tidy. Your numbers are great, something that I would like to shoot for myself.
So, kudos to you, keep up the good work! ![]()

Josh,
This is just a suggestion because your site looks so clean and easy to read. On your rewards page, the image of the savings does not show up very clear on my monitor. Also, I felt like I had to search on the page for what the benefit is of the program even though it is in the second paragraph. You might consider placing the actual program itself as the first paragraph. When I am surfing and I click on a link to find out more about something, I expect it to be the first thing I see. That's just me though and I can't say that I know of any research or evidence that suggests other surfers feel this way. I really like the layout of your site.

Thanks Ryan. I'm actually overhauling the RealSource Rewards page completely. I know exactly what you're saying (both about the content and the image). I'm working on a new graphic and already created a page that will go in it's place. Great minds think alike, I suppose

I really like it, donīt change those rotating images, I sat there and watched the lot. Maybe some more branding on the area close to them. You have a lot of links within the text on the top half of the page, and I am not sure where you want me to go? I like the border but would like a small top margin, just so I know I have hit the top of the page. You're like me, you line long pages, but help the viewer with simple back to top links.
Noce page thou, do you need to limit the listings to only registered viewers? |

How do I create the "jump to" in HTML?

Well said Josh.
Anyone with that html? I would like to have that "back to top" link on my site as well in a few places.

It's a simple anchor link:
<a name="#top"></a> place this where you want the back to the top to take them in your html Then to create the link to jump up there create <a href="#top">Back to the top</a> Works just like a regular href except it takes you to another point on the page, you can use this to go up or down in terms of reference on a page, heck even the middle ![]()
