Default New Spanish site

I hope I am not intruding. I build european sites and I have just finished the integration of the property in to this directory and travel site. We have nothing like this forum in Europe so I would appreciate feedback.

Thanks

Seems like a lot for one site. I can't put my finger on it but it just doesn't excite me about Spain like I expect it to.

The photo under Food & Wine is a golfer until you get to the page. The property page has a large gap between the first two paragraphs.

Not sure I like the blue font, although that changes on the property page to black. It takes long for the property page to load. Looks like a page or two also opens a new window, which it really shouldn't.

Hi
You're very helpful. I have been pondering over the open in _blank on the property pages for a while. Other issues are dealt with. Cant change font, owner likes the logo he paid 2000 euros for, and it matches.

Its a big site with lots of subject. We have implemented two seperate PHP databases to run the property pages and the directory for the tourism, food and leisure suppliers. That bit is not live yet. Thanks for feedback

Hello again, we will have a forum in spain soon spanishrealestateforum.com

I will sign up for your site, we have hundreds of properties and we are always looking for places to advertise FREE !!!

I think that you need to sort the search out, the property search isn't very complete for areas etc. The results pages are plain and boring, you need to really catch the attention of customers with products that they want to view more about.

Everything is very plain, but you can build on what you have and change as you go along.

Have a look at http://www.cheap-property-in-spain.co.uk/search.php

if you like the system I can put you in contact with the developers.
