This site is due for an overhall. The number of new clients is dropping. Visitor are up thou with 18000 uniques in Janruary mainly thanks to Google.

Would appreciate any comments on what improvements could be made to help agents.

Dam i would die if i got 18,000 u vistors. I think i would have a heart atttack. i am getting 4000 a month on my new fort worth site.

you have only 27 and they are not from very strong pages. AG has 180 and they feature lots from PR5 sites. That the main reason, plus the popularity of the search terms we target. Still hard work sell property thou, even with 18K visitors.

Yeah i know but this site is only 3 months old, I do rank on the first page of google. Nice site by the way

I like the site but I would remove the ad sense, and make the search properties more prevailant. For instance, I would make a button that sticks out.

The sites prime ad revenue is from Adsense - USD 300 per month. The real estate agents prefer to pay 1 euro per click for 100 clicks via google, than 30 to 40 euros per month for 100 visitors and lots of property displayed on the site direct. Who am I to complain?

Will take on board about the search. I moved the button 3 months ago from an even more inconspicuous place. I'll find a way to highlight it more. Was thinking to display automatically last 10 new listings on the homepage.

Home page review is finished and I would appreciate comments on link title block especially dark colours. Is Adsense integrated well? Any other comments please. Alpujarra and Cabo De Gata information pages follow the same format with integrated PPC and internal links.

Your layout works, but I'd enlarge the text to 100%. Also the blue on white is difficult to read, especially at that reduced font size. If black is a "no-no" then use #333333 instead.
