Wow. That's pretty basic. It seems like it won't scale well if you get more than 5 or 10 listings. I'd recommend some type of menu system and possibly more than one page. :-/

Also, I'd work on the display for your listings page. Maybe put more spacing between the pictures, put a border around them, try not to have all the text scrunched up to the sides, etc.

Regarding the pics, I'd definitely fix that fisheye photo. You can de-fish it with software. I'd also recommend a real virtual tour of each room and not walking around with a camera. The sounds are distracting as is the hand-held nature of it. A tripod would probably help too.

That's where I'd start.

Thanks fellas - Saodavi thanks for the kind words and advice, I appreciate them. The truth is pretty obvious in that I don't know what I'm doing. I will take a crack at following your advice and improving my efforts. Webmaster - thank you and its true! Would you please recommend a basic manual that covers vocabulary and terms? thanks again

Well, since this website is called "Real Estate Webmasters" it's probably a good bet that a few people around here know how to design a website. I'd recommend browsing everyone else's sites and then basing your layout/architecture around what most people are already doing. Check their signatures for good links.

No sense in reinventing the wheel and no use in being creative if you haven't mastered the fundamentals.

Warning, you cannot copy someone else's website, you may only use it for inspiration, if you copy someone's site, you are committing intellectual property theft.

In terms of a starting point, that is a tough one, I will ask my designers to suggest something for you, in the meantime, you may want to go with something like point 2 free site to get your feet wet, once you learn on your point2 site, you can take a stab at your own custom site
